RATES:
Summer (June thru August/weekly min.)----$2,750per/wk
Winter Weekend (3 night min.)--------------------$300per/day
Winter Holiday (3 night min.)---------------------$450per/day

Fall & Spring (3 night min.)----------------------$300per/day
Security Deposit:
Deposit of $500 is required. Reservations are scheduled upon receipt of the $500 security deposit and 50% of full rental amount. The remaining 50% of rental amount is due 30 days prior to first rental day. The deposit will be returned within 14 days , less any amount deducted for damage, theft or other loss attributable to the lessee.
Rules:
Landlord will provide the cabin, local telephone usage, funishings, cable television w/ VCR, garbage pick up and bedding. Tenant is responsible for all personal toiletries, towels and long distant phone calls. The term of the rental period is as provided above and begins at 3:00 p.m. (check-in) on the starting day and ends at 11:00 a.m. (check-out) on the ending day. Tenant shall be subject to $100.00 per hour penalty for staying over the rental period.
Restrictions:
No pets or indoor smoking allowed.
Conditions:
Tenant will observe all conditions of this Agreement and maintain the premises in good order and appearance so as not to offend any neighboring cabin or person.
Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any and all liability, loss, or bodily injury arising from any nuisance or harm suffered on the rental property. Tenant further agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from any and all loss, damage, or injury suffered by Tenant or any family member, guest, invitee or other person arising from the Tenant's or other third party's carelessness, negligence, illegality or other improper conduct.

Tenant understands the property is located on Deer Lake and takes full responsibility for any and all injury or loss arising out of the use of the lake, any dock or watercraft thereon. Tenant acknowledges use of the lake, any dock or watercraft is completely voluntary and done at Tenant's own risk. NO DIVING OFF ANY DOCK IS ALLOWED AND Tenant AGREES TO WARN OTHER PERSONS OF THE ABOVE RISKS AND RESRICTIONS.
In the event of cancellation, refund of the security deposit and any pre-rental payment will be made to the extent a tenant can be found at the same rate to occupy the vacated time reserved under this Agreement, less a $100.00 cancellation fee.
